Can I see a proof before my custom order is made?

Yes. For custom designs, we will send a proof for approval before production begins. Please make sure all details are correct before approving, as changes cannot be made once production starts.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the custom nature of many of our items, all sales are final unless there is a defect or an error on our part. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

What if I entered the wrong size or address?

If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We can make changes if your order has not gone into production yet. Once production begins, we are unable to make changes.

How should I care for my shirt?

To keep your shirt looking its best:
• Wash inside out in cold water
• Do not bleach
• Tumble dry low or hang to dry
• Do not iron directly on the design

Why does my shirt look slightly different than the photos?

Colors and placement may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and the handmade nature of our products. We do our best to ensure consistency and high quality with every order.
