Turnaround Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

Shipping Policy

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after your order is processed.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also check your account details in your account page.

You can use this tracking number to monitor your package through the carrier’s website.

Lost / Delayed Package Policy

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact our support team and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition. Items must be in original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us first to confirm item availability before sending back your original item.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, orders may have already entered production or fulfillment and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Damaged Order Policy

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional charge.

Custom Order Policy

Custom and personalized orders are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Please review all details carefully before placing your order.

Sale / Clearance Policy

All sale and clearance items are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or price adjustments are available on discounted merchandise.

Local Pickup Policy

Local pickup is available by appointment. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring your order confirmation.
